By creating an account on Baristery, you agree to these Terms of Service. Baristery is a platform for coffee professionals and enthusiasts to connect, share, and build trust.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information in your profile. Fake accounts, impersonation, or fraudulent claims will result in account suspension.

3. Business Claims

Claiming a business page requires identity verification. Baristery seeds public business information for discovery purposes — unclaimed pages do not imply partnership or endorsement. False claims may result in legal action.

4. Reviews & Trust

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. Trust scores are calculated from verified actions and cannot be purchased or manipulated. Fake reviews will be removed and may result in account suspension.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting on Baristery, you grant us a license to display your content on the platform and in share cards. You may delete your content at any time.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.
